Role & Responsibilities:

Assistant Teachers work under the supervision of a Certified or Lead Teacher, assisting in the implementation of an educationally enriched curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of the children. They encourage exploration, independence, and social skills while incorporating a biblical worldview.

Qualifications:

• Department of Early Education and Care Assistant Teacher Qualified
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 16 years old
• CPR and First Aid Certification (must maintain)
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and move freely from sitting to standing
• Capable of extended periods of standing or sitting during outdoor or activity time

Role & Responsibilities:

Teachers work under the direct supervision of a Lead Teacher and take leadership when the Lead Teacher is out of the classroom. They help guide children in learning, creativity, and social development while fostering a loving, faith-based atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Department of Early Education and Care Teacher Qualified

CPR and First Aid Certification (must maintain)

Ability to lift 35 lbs. and move freely from sitting to standing

Capable of extended periods of standing or sitting during outdoor or activity time

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead Teachers serve as primary caregivers and educators, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a spiritually and educationally enriching program. They foster self-esteem, independence, and social skills while creating a safe and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

Department of Early Education and Care Lead Teacher Qualified

Obtain CPR and First Aid Certification within 6 months and maintain during employment

Ability to lift 35 lbs. and move freely from sitting to standing

Capable of extended periods of standing or sitting during outdoor or activity time
